For June and July 2011 we are piloting what we think is a revolutionary new system of fees for our Tier 1 visa assistance work. You let us know what fee you want to pay and, providing it is acceptable to us, then we will do it for you at your nominated price.
Are we being serious?
Yes! If this is successful then we will roll this out to some of our other services or make this a permanent feature of our services.
Why are we doing this?
We’re thinking why not? We understand that the whole visa application and renewal process can be both time and financially costly and it is anything but flexible. With having experience in both assisting with the accounting and income verification part of the application and also either being part of the visa application process or watching someone else do it we’d like to be as flexible as possible to your requirements. Where we have been involved ourselves we would have certainly welcomed it.
We’re also looking at different ways to keep our business fresh and innovative so this is the perfect chance to introduce this offer.
So how will it work?
Well we just askyou to fill in a form or give us a call so we can find out what Tier 1 visa
accounts services you want, how quickly you want the documents, what you want to pay and how you wish to pay. We then make a decision as to whether to accept the work at the price you are nominating – and you’ll be informed of the decision within 3 business hours.
Will there be any add-ons to the price we nominate?
No. The fee we accept is all in.
So you mean I can get everything done for £25?!
Technically yes – but only if we agree…. and to be honest we are highly unlikely to do the work for £25.
From a legal point of view, you will be making the offer and we decide whether we accept that offer for the consideration (price) being offered – so we do reserve the right to refuse to do it for the price you are suggesting.
However if we do then you are free to suggest a different fee – at no point will we suggest what you should pay.
What factors will dictate what price will be paid?
The only factors that will decide whether we accept will be the work you need doing, when you need it doing for, the time it will likely take, the complexity and our current workloads – the latter being important as if we can’t fit the work in, we’d rather tell you up-front.
We do reserve the right to refuse work should it be considered too risky in terms of our legal and regulatory obligations – or of course if the offer is too low. Those are the only factors we consider however. Nationality, background, post code, favourite football team and whether you were successful in the Olympic ticket ballot etc do not come into our considerations.
So how do I know what to offer for the Tier 1 visa accounting service?
Well it really is up to you at the end of the day. However to help you we would suggest that the following are fairly typical charges for such work carried out by accountants:-
• Accountant letter – £90-£150
• Verify salary slips to bank account (monthly) – £50-£75
• Verify salary slips to bank account (weekly) – £100-£135
• Produce salary slips (monthly) – £40-£100
• Produce salary slips (weekly) – £50-£125
• Verify dividend income to bank account (12 slips) – £40-£80
• Produce dividend certificates (per certificate) – £5 to £25
• Sole trader accounts – £150 – £450 – although this is dependent on the number and
complexity of transactions. This could even rise to £750.
• Partnership accounts – typically £75 more than sole trader accounts.
• Company accounts – £600 – £1,400 for one person companies. Again this will rise depending on the number and complexity of transactions.
….. If a package is offered then there is usually some form of discount to be had on these services (so for example verification of salary slips and an accountant letter won’t cost as
much together as they would separately)
So how long will the offer remain open?
We’re limiting the initial offer to registrations during the latter part of June (from the 21st) to the end of July. If you need the work carrying out further down the line then feel free to register now. It’s not open to those who have already agreed a quote with us I’m afraid.
It’s also limited to the first 25 people who register. To let you know how long you have left however then we have a tally count (which we’ll update at least twice each week).
